We offer private or small group football coaching to help prepare players for the next level. Our team of experienced coaches and recruiters work closely with players to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential. At Ace Evolution Sports, we are committed to helping young talented football players reach their dreams of attending university while continuing to play their favorite sport. Our founder, Atefeh, went through the scholarship route herself and knows exactly what it takes to successfully secure a football scholarship. We offer a range of services to help players create a compelling profile to submit to universities and secure an offer of a scholarship. Our personalised 1-on-1 training sessions also help players prepare for trials and increase their chances of success.

Her well-rounded approach to training young athletes is a testament to her qualifications and experience.

Jay is a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of skills and experiences. He is a risk, compliance, and cyber security advocate, entrepreneur, racecar driver, pilot, and has Non-Executive Director experience. He has led the building and expansion of new markets for numerous industry leaders in voice systems, data privacy compliance, artificial intelligence, and cloud services. Jay is also an outspoken advocate for data privacy and security and has made significant contributions in a number of technical fields.

Jay is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in business planning, case analysis, and process-driven implementation of platform improvements. He also has expertise in procurement and commercial drafting, as well as regulatory requirement capture. In addition, Jay serves as a non-exec director and business owner, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any project he undertakes.

Non-Executive Director
Ryan is a highly respected Insurance industry leader with over 15 years of global and technical experience. He currently serves as a Senior Partner of a Global Accident & Health and Reinsurance business, as well as a non-executive director at Ace Evolution Sports. In 2024, he was elected to Ace Evolution Sports board and now assists with the company's business strategy. Ryan is based in London and leads a high-performance international team responsible for developing and deploying strategies and services.

Fivi Mihai
South America Region Support Coach
Fivi, a native of Tecumseh, Ontario, pursued her education at Southwest Baptist University, where she studied for two degrees on a football (soccer) scholarship achieving multiple Honors, Awards and Trophies.
Experience:
In addition to her academic achievements, Fivi has gained valuable experience in various roles. She served as a Women's Graduate Assistant Soccer Coach at SBU, Assistant Athletic Director at Seoul Academy in South Korea, and Math, Science, and English Teacher at Vermont School in Colombia. She also held the position of Director of Primary, Secondary, and Adult ESL Programs at the Canadian Academy.
Fivi's impressive player history includes being a first-team player, region champion, and captain at Johnson County Community College. She also played against clubs in Brazil and Paraguay, and was an NCAA 2 Great Lakes player for SBU. Fivi received honors for MVP of Seoul League, played for the Seoul professional football team, and finally played center-mid for RioNegro in Colombia.
